I defined and maintained the product backlog, created detailed user stories with clear acceptance criteria, prioritised features, and shaped roadmaps together with stakeholders. I managed teams of up to six people using Scrum and Kanban, ran workshops on user journeys and backlog refinement, and kept everything organised in Jira. I also supported presales with proposals and presentations and improved internal processes.

In addition, I handled whatever was needed to keep projects moving smoothly, including testing the product, providing design feedback, and addressing day-to-day development challenges. Kiuub as a company no longer exists.
